This game is called Custom Battler Bomberman in Japan and was never released in America. However, in Europe, it was released as Bomberman 2.

Since I prefer the original title I made a custom logo for it and also another version of banner with the european name.

Where did you get the art for this grid?

IIRC the lower splash is just a manipulated paint splash from google images, while the rest is just an official artwork/wallpaper. LOL this was 5 years ago, so I honestly don't remember :P
